HDFC episod over

HDFC hurdles are over. Guess, they need more trained staff that care about clients.  Few days back I sent out a mail to Support and I got an absurd reply from them. So, I aksed them to atleast readt the subject line before replying like a parrot !

 RBI's threat worked. So, the morol of the story is, if you have any problem with any of your bank. Go to RBI website, look for their office in your area and lodge a complain.
