Hi,

We are looking for speakers for LinuxIndore-2008. Speaker should have sound knowledge of the topic, on which he/she is giving presentation. Please see the details below :

Presentation/Seminar on the following topics are encouraged:

  • The Linux kernel, filesystems and networking

  • Databases and storage

  • Programming languages and tools

  • Linux on the desktop: productivity, groupware and GUIs

  • Multimedia, audio, video, music and games

  • Security

  • Linux deployments, practical experience and "war stories"

  • Linux on unusual platforms: embedded systems, virtual systems, handhelds and very large systems

  • Distributions, management and standardization

  • Other open source projects



Rules and regulations :


  • There are no rules, thats the rule

  • One has to send soft copy of the presentation to webmaster@linuxindore.com

  • One may be called for a mock in front of LUG-Indore team.

  • Sessions are limited and decision of LUG-Team will be final on picking a presentation.



Remember there a special prize for best speaker !
