We are looking for speakers for LinuxIndore-2008. Speaker should have sound knowledge of the topic, on which he/she is giving presentation. Please see the details below :
Presentation/Seminar on the following topics are encouraged:
- The Linux kernel, filesystems and networking
- Databases and storage
- Programming languages and tools
- Linux on the desktop: productivity, groupware and GUIs
- Multimedia, audio, video, music and games
- Security
- Linux deployments, practical experience and "war stories"
- Linux on unusual platforms: embedded systems, virtual systems, handhelds and very large systems
- Distributions, management and standardization
- Other open source projects
Rules and regulations :
- There are no rules, thats the rule
- One has to send soft copy of the presentation to webmaster@linuxindore.com
- One may be called for a mock in front of LUG-Indore team.
- Sessions are limited and decision of LUG-Team will be final on picking a presentation.
Remember there a special prize for best speaker !
